General Manager
Rob comes to Charlee Bear with more than a dozen years of pet industry management experience. His prior executive positions include Chief Operating Officer at Bravo Pet Foods, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Performance Pet Products. Most recently, Rob was Director of Business Development for BrightPet Nutrition Group, makers of Blackwood and Adirondack pet food. As General Manager of Gott Pet Products, Rob is responsible for all business operations and financial results. This includes developing the strategic vision for the company, coordinating the design and implementation of marketing initiatives with advertising partners, managing a national network of direct sales associates and sales representatives, and interfacing with the management teams at multiple production facilities.
